Can we come in store to buy school uniform?

Yes! You can
visit the shop to buy your school uniform. We have sizes available to try on so
you can be sure to get the right size when ordering. We also have two fitting
rooms available for privacy. Most items are available to take on the day.

Can I order uniform online?

Absolutely!
Ordering online is by far the quickest and easiest way. We offer Click and
Collect, free delivery to school (term time only) and home delivery is charged
at a standard rate of £7.90.

When ordering
online, you will receive an email notification when your order is ready to
collect or is ready for dispatch. Please ensure that you bring your 5 digit
order number with you when you come to collect. This can be found on your order
confirmation email.

How long will my order take?

We aim to
dispatch all orders within one week, however we ask customers to allow up to
three weeks in the event that any items are temporarily out of stock.

You may
receive your order in separate packages which arrive on different days as we
often send goods that are in stock straight away and send the outstanding goods
as soon as we receive them from our suppliers. If this happens you will be sent
a notification.

Can I return items that I have ordered online?

Of course. As long as
the items have no personalisations on we are happy to accept
returns. You can bring them to store with your invoice for a refund within 28 day of invoice.

School/college customers: you can return to the school/college where we deliver/collect weekly. Once we receive the items, we will process the refund/exchange for you. Please allow 5-7 working days for processing.

If neither of these options work for you then you can post back to us at a cost to yourselves. We would recommend that for items returned you obtain proof of posting. Stratfords will not accept responsibility for lost or damaged items. The items remain your responsibility until they are received by us.
